Your personal data is processed through the form you filled out electronically. Your personal data in the categories of identity, contact, and personal file are processed based on the condition of data processing in Turkish law Article 5/2-f of the Law, which states “it is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” for the following purposes:
To determine the participants, register you for the event, send you information about the event, and communicate with you in case of changes in the program.
To Whom and For What Purposes Are Your Personal Data Transferred?
The form you filled out is organized through the Tally infrastructure. The personal data in the categories of identity, contact, and personal file obtained through this form will be transferred to GGCORP (Settings Software and Game Services A.Ş.) for the purpose of conducting participation processes and organizing the event. Due to the servers of the Tally infrastructure being located abroad, your personal data will be transferred abroad, and this transfer will be carried out with your explicit consent. In addition, your personal data in the categories of identity, contact, and personal file, based on the condition of data processing in Article 5/2-f of the Law, will be shared with our domestic business partners, suppliers, and/or subcontractors for the purposes of conducting the activities carried out by the Company, ensuring the execution of related business processes, planning and executing business strategies, and conducting internal and external audit activities.
